Current Positions:
Technician: Ideal candidate will possess KEY, PBS and/or VoIP experience. Duties include programming and installing telephone systems, cabling, and working with customers to resolve issues. VoIP technicians program and install 3COM and CISCO telephone systems, routers and switches. Network +, A+, CCNA, and MCP certifications are preferred for VoIP techs.
Outside Sales: The outside sales team is responsible for generating new leads as well as following up on call in and referral leads. BCS sales reps maintain customer relationships and deliver a high level of service. Candidates must have a college degree and be committed to excellence. BCS offers competitive pay plus a commission plan.
