"In 2006 we undertook a building renovation and relocation plan with a very aggressive time schedule. As part of the relocation, we needed to build from the ground up both the phone system and computer network in our new building. We elected to contract with BCS due to three main factors: the fact that they are a local company, their willingness to accommodate our aggressive install schedule, and their expertise with the 3Com VOIP solution we had decided to implement.
In addition to providing and installing a turnkey VOIP solution for us, BCS was also able to handle much of the network infrastructure, including wiring the new building for fiber and Cat5e and installing/configuring the network racks and switches. During the actual move, BCS provided user training on the new system and worked to ensure a smooth cutover from our old phone system to the new 3Com system, including working diligently to resolve any issues that appeared post-implementation.
